In acknowledgment of your full understanding and commitment to the governance of GCS as outlined within the agreement, we ask that you sign and date both copies of the Commitment & Accountability Agreement. You can complete this process at your next meeting with a senior member of the GCS Team, retaining one signed copy for your reference.
